Each Sizzling Science! series kicks off with exciting, hands-on investigative challenges that transform kids into Super Science Sleuths!
- Our specially designed tasks encourage children to observe closely, ask big questions, and formulate their own hypotheses—setting the stage for deeper scientific discovery. It’s all about thinking like real scientists as they work to crack the science code!

- For the past 13 years, Teacher Debbie has been teaching children from 3-12 years old in different settings, as part-time private tutor, group class tutor, as well as Sunday School teacher.
- Trained under Germinate’s Teacher Training Programme which focuses on delivering and communicating quality science education through Germinate’s effective C3 pedagogy, Teacher Debbie believes in helping students nurture a passion for Science that will ignite curiosity and a love for learning that lasts a lifetime!
- With a 2nd Upper Class Honours from The University of Queensland, Teacher Debbie worked as a food technologist for 7 years where she also trained and mentored interns and junior technologists. She had the exciting job of growing fungi and bacteria, creating microorganisms that play a crucial role in food production and safety. It’s an intriguing field where Science meets everyday life!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Germinate reserves the right to change the venue and timing.
- Germinate requires a minimum of 6 participants for class to commence.
- Slot can only be confirmed when payment has been made on a first come first served basis.
- All participants need a confirmation email of payment received from Germinate.
- For online event, only one login is allowed for each confirmed signup. We will send you the zoom login details and softcopy handouts 3-7 days before the date.
- For onsite event, hardcopy handouts will be provided in class.
- There will be no refund 14 days prior to event. For any refund, the amount returned will be less processing fees charged.
- If participant fails to turn up on actual day, there will be no refund or makeup.
- If the masterclass/holiday programme is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum quorum is not reached, all participants will be informed via email or whatsapp. Full refund of fees will be made.
